With PDA Connect for BlackBerry Connect, email messages are automatically delivered to your Nokia E62, Palm Treo 650, Palm Treo 680, or Nokia 9300 device. Customers can use BlackBerry Connect on the Nokia E62, Palm Treo 650, Palm Treo 680, or Nokia 9300 with BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) email functionality; the Nokia E62 and Nokia 9300 also support BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS).

Blackberry Corporate
From up to 10 ISP accounts or your corporate e-mail with a BlackBerry Wireless Handheld. Send, receive, forward, and reply to messages while on the go! BlackBerry is available with voice plans too. Blackberry Personal

Use your wireless phone to access even more options.  From your phone screen, simply got to MEdia Net and then to My Account.  View your current usage or account balance or pay your bill.

Dial 611 from your Cingular Wireless phone, or call 1-800-331-5000 from any touch-tone phone, and use the automated system to get help with your account.

From your computer
Go to www.cingular.com and view your account details, no matter what time of day or night. And you can spend as much time as you plan.

Voice-Mail

Setting up your voice mailbox:

Press and hold the 1 and press the Send, Yes, or Talk button. Follow the voice prompts.

If asked for a temporary pass code, it will be your cell phone number without the area code.

Checking your voice mail messages from your phone:
Press and hold the 1 key. Press the * key when you hear your personal greeting. Follow the voice prompts. Steps 2 and 3 may not be required in all areas.

Checking your voice mail messages from other phones:
Dial your 10-digit wireless number. Press the * key when you hear your personal greeting.
Enter your personal pass code. Follow the voice prompts.

Had a password... can't access my voice mail?
Forgot your password, call the customer service contact number:  1800-331-0500, or 611 from your cell phone, and inform the agent to reset your password.

Other

Insurance or Lock Line:
If insurance lock-line feature is included in your account and your phone has been lost, stolen, or had a physical or water damage. Please call:  1-800-801-1101.

Handset Replacement:
Handset Exchange by Mail.  Repair your phone without leaving your home.

Warranty and Repair:
Warranty repairs of your Cingular Wireless phone are as simple as: Dialing 800.801.1101 or log onto www.cingular.com and selecting My Account.
